1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bazi9 ("bazi9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bazi9 website, mobile browser interface, sports betting services, live casino, slots, and all other gaming products and services made available through the platform.

By accessing the bazi9 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or games.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the bazi9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. bazi9 cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep these credentials secure.
• You must notify bazi9 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, by contacting support at [email protected].
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your bazi9 account under any circumstances.
• bazi9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage and to request supporting documentation such as a national identity card, passport, or proof of address.

bazi9 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any registered account at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes that the Terms have been or are likely to be breached.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bazi9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bazi9 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• All payment accounts used to deposit must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied.
• Withdrawals can only be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a different method is approved by the bazi9 support team.
• bazi9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests above threshold amounts.
• Any withdrawal made in connection with suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bazi9 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have a fully verified account in good standing at the time the offer is activated.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bazi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

bazi9 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where patterns consistent with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation are identified, bazi9 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close the affected accounts.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the bazi9 platform:

• Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bazi9's decision, having regard to available evidence, shall be final.
• bazi9 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of bets on any event where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, result manipulation, or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and form part of the bet acceptance conditions.

7 Casino & Games

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions.

• Attempting to access bazi9's backend systems, databases, or administrative tools without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property
